Write a simple program with a "File" menu and an
"Options" menu.
In the "File" menu place a "Load picture"
option that pops up the ShowOpen dialog box and then loads
the picture that they choose into an image box on the form.
In the "Options" menu place a "Change Form Color" option
that pops up the ShowColor dialog box and then changes the
form's backcolor to the color that is chosen
Turn this program in by zipping
up your project directory and
placing the file in your folder on
